I think over the last three or four years we've seen depreciating prices across the capital and now for the first time we’re looking forward. Savills forecasts for prime London and outer prime London are looking very positive for the next year and beyond.

With a development such as Richmond Square, because the apartments are so unique, I think if you buy now you're buying in at the entry level.

I certainly see prospects for growth. Savills forecasts alone for the next five years moving forward are very positive.
